Cuyahoga County, city of Garfield HTS and the Cleveland Metroparks are celebrating the completion of revitalization efforts along Garfield Blvd. with a ribbon cutting ceremony. This project is part of the county's broader effort to improve infrastructure and strengthen connections between neighborhoods, parks and businesses, while supporting recreation and access to multimodal transportation.
