Caramel Pecan Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Pudding
Ingredients:
1 container premier strawberry and cream protein shake
1-2 pumps caramel pecan skinny syrup
2-3 tablespoons sugar free instant cheesecake pudding mix

Directions:
Mix everything in a bowl or blender until it thickens. Set in fridge to set and enjoy. Makes 4 servings.

Pizza cottage cheese bowls are one of my go tos for a quick lunch. I alternate the toppings I use, in this one I did mushrooms and pepperoni. I was also out of mozzarella so I had to improvise and use mild cheddar. Here is the recipe I follow:
1/2 cup cottage cheese, low fat
1/4 cup low sugar marinara or pizza sauce
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper, optional
1 oz pepperoni
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, reduced fat
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Microwave for 2 minutes. All microwaves are different so just keep an eye on it until cheese is melted and it's heated through.

It's ok to have bad days! Just remember your goals and try again tomorrow. Don't forget to drink your water for the day

To help me hit my protein goals, some mornings I'll have a protein shake. They are high protein, low carb and these shamrock ones only have 190 calories! They are not chalky like most protein shakes, and they are creamy and lactose free.
