Minnesota fishing opener success! Burnin that midnight oil 🔥
We experienced a slightly tougher night bite than usual on our opener but we managed to put a solid bag together by the end of the night. Mike put the biggest one in the boat last night with this healthy Mille lacs lake walleye and the boys got to bring home some fresh walleye to eat! We also managed to catch a tagged walleye.

Let’s talk baits!👀

The Berkley Fishing finisher has been secretly hiding in my arsenal for cold water spring walleyes the last two seasons. When the fish get negative, this thing flat out gets crushed!!

The bottom bait put well over 100 walleyes into the boat this spring. If you don’t have some, you should probably get some!

Wrapping up an incredible spring walleye run on Green Bay! The bay really delivered this season, with plenty of big fish hitting the net. We may have even set a record for personal bests in a single spring.
