NC Recovery Helpline Connects North Carolinians to Services



The NC Recovery Helpline is a free statewide resource operated by the Alcohol/Drug Council of North Carolina (ADCNC) and supported by DMH/DD/SUS through the Substance Use Prevention, Treatment and Recovery Services Block Grant. The Helpline is available every day, around the clock, to help people, families, and professionals find treatment and recovery support.

Advocates with lived experience offer information, screening, referrals, resource navigation, follow up support, and warm handoffs to services that match each person’s needs and goals. With a strong statewide database, the Helpline connects people to treatment providers, recovery housing, peer support, support groups, and other community resources.
