Our location borders the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Giving us a relaxing bond to all the plants and animals. Relax at our community fire pits or under the shade at our pavilion. Kids will enjoy roasting marshmallows, playground, or fishing on the banks of Dudley Creek.

We've received many questions about traveling to and from Gatlinburg. We are open and welcoming anyone who can travel here safely. While most routes into Gatlinburg are unaffected, some roads east of us are closed.
