The news continues to get better as the tug of war between Humberto and TD9 is bringing TD9 away from a possible landfall. Heavy rain is still expected in the Carolinas but the tug of war is working in our favor. Lumberton being a powerful Category 4 hurricane remains the big dog in the steering currents to help bring TD9 out to sea more. Fujiwhara is still in play but its working to our favor thankfully. The Carolinas do not need another Helene scenario close to the 1 year anniversary.
