This Facebook account is dedicated to those who have spent years entertaining wrestling fans in the Bluegrass. The people that you will see in this Hall Of Fame are reguarded as True Veterans in this business. Some of these names are known thruout the world, some known only here in Kentucky. You might even know of some names that you feel should be here. The Kentucky Pro Westling Hall Of Fame was

first started by 3 people with a total combined of over 90 years in this business. Two lived in the Louisville area and the third lived in the Lexington area. They had considered a lot of talent from the past 50 years by looking at the TOTAL CAREER and REPUTATION of every selection. It was discussed the impact that each person had made across the whole state, not just in one promotion or one small area. Wondering who was selected first? As far as who has spent their career almost entirely here in Kentucky, that was easy. As far as being nationaly known, it was Jerry "The King" Lawler. There are plenty of photos to look at.

Guido and Vito Andretti, known as The Andretti Xpress have been added into the Kentucky Pro Wrestling Hall Of Fame. This Tag Team has been announced from Gasoline Alley in Brooklyn, New York City ever since they started training in OVW back in 1996. They held the OVW Tag Team Titles in 1998 and also were the very first B*W Bad 2 The Bone Tag Team Champions. They toured all over the US until 2003 when they started taking Single dates. Tag Team Champions for promotions within Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee and West Virginia area. Congratulation to Guido and Vito for being added into the Kentucky Pro Wrestling Hall Of Fame. Doug Basham has been added into The Kentucky Pro Wrestling Hall Of Fame. He is a true veteran of Kentucky wrestling history. He spent several years with USWA before joining OVW. Spent 5 years with WWE, a year with TNA and even worked in Europe for a year. Returned to OVW many times. Has worked as a Trainer for Al Snow at OVW for about 5 years. Was ranked in the 2003 issue of PWI World Top 500 as #51. Has held the WWE World Tag Title 2 times, OVW Heavyweight Title 4 times, OVW Tag Title 2 times and is currently holding the OVW National Title.
