To Those Who Are Struggling,
You are not alone.
Life can feel overwhelming—like waves crashing against your soul, threatening to pull you under. But even in the fiercest storm, there is a voice that speaks peace. Minister Mason once preached from Mark 4:37–39, reminding us that when the disciples feared for their lives, Jesus stood and said, “Peace, be still.” And the wind obeyed A.
That same voice speaks to your heart today.
Your church family at Georgetown Wesley stands with you—not just in prayer, but in love, in action, and in faith. We believe in the God who sees you, who knows your pain, and who walks beside you. As Psalm 34:18 declares, “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”
You may feel weak, but you are not defeated. Romans 8:37 reminds us, “In all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.” You are held by grace, strengthened by community, and empowered by the Spirit.
So take heart. Reach out. Let someone walk with you. And remember: storms don’t last forever, but God’s love does.
With compassion and hope,
Your Church Family
