The guys came up big with this week for a client in distress. An addition above the garage years ago forced this seller to very quickly add fire-resistant drywall to a garage ceiling full of wires, lighting, conduit, shelving braces, a heater and garage door openers and tracks. We also installed new LED lighting for the buyers at the same time. The guys killed it and worked a late one on Thursday to make sure the appraisal went through. Started setting drywall mid-day on Tuesday and finished at 7pm on Thursday.
Before anyone says anything - the drywall is not staggered because the job was to be done as quickly and efficiently as possible. Also, the pink tape is a fire-rated taping system called Flame Fighter by EZ Tape. These steps allowed us to save our client both time and money in a tight spot. Glad it all worked out!
