for our last self care tip, her campus invites you to take a study break and revisit an old favorite. it's so important to take breaks, and one of the best ways is to connect with something you love. maybe you could even invite friends over to binge with you! enjoy the tip, and refer back to any of our old ones if you need to :)

It's that magical time in the semester! but really, this is a very difficult and stressful time. we wanted to wish everyone good luck on their exams and we hope that the week goes well! remember to be kind to yourself. it's okay to take breaks, relax, and breathe. you can't do your best if you're not taking care of yourself.

this is soooo true. I bet we've all started something, whether it was a diet or skin care routine that we eventually stopped doing. we can be inspired all we want, but a habit, an action, that's what gives you results.

It's getting a little cold outside, make sure to stay warm! my favorite way to stay cozy is in bed, curled up in a cozy blanket with an old hallmark movie. what about you?

have you thought about this? I haven't but it makes sense! it's hard to do the things that scare us most, so it's important to take baby steps towards these goals.

here's an example. are you scared of joining her campus? take some baby steps! come to a meeting or two at first to test the waters. then you can write an article and see how that goes? or maybe edit someone else's? post on our social media? slowly, you'll reach your goal and become a full member :)

whenever i'm feeling stressed or antsy, I make sure no one's around, pop in my airpods, and jam. i'm not a great dancer, but it feels good to just let go and dance my heart out after sitting and studying for awhile. get up and get moving!

I know we keep saying it but we are soooo close to the end! don't lose your motivation now! we've been working so hard this semester so it would be a shame to lose all that hard work now. keep on chugging, you got this!
