Hopeful trellising 🤞🏻

Oof this two new leaves are glorious. I preemptively added a 12 inch trellis to this lil babe. Putting the good growth karma into the universe. So far...it's worked! She's been growing nicely and soon enough I'll have a full trellis. Maybe.

🎵You are my sunrise, my only sunrise 🎵

🪴: Hoya 'Sunrise'

Currently no open buds, but lots of peduncles with blooms. This is a Hoya that has consistently bloomed for me. It makes sense given one of it's parents is a Lacunosa, another Hoya that seems to be constantly in bloom in my home.

Absolutely love the colors of this beauty. It hangs in an east window so I usually just get to see it's backside 😏 but when I water it, I get to appreciate all it's beauty.

It's Nov. 1st so I'm over here with this babe getting ready for Christmas.

Love seeing the sun stressed leaves on this one giving off major Christmas vibes.

This was a prop save because my mother plant declined very quickly. This piece of her has been growing well so far🤞🏻. Here's hoping it keeps it up!

An Albo for ... groundbreaking 🤣

🪴: Monstera Deliciosa Albo Variegata

Another story of such kindness of people. Rachel, the plant madame, , gave me a cutting of her Albo. The generosity of this human. It was a beautiful cutting that had a teeny tiny growth nubbin starting.

For mostly all of 2020 this lil one did nothing. Honestly...a vibe. 2021 rolls around and she starts pumping out the new leaves. Here she is today lush and beautiful.

I always said the Albo was overrated. I think it was mostly because it is/was overpriced. I get it now. I take back that comment. She is everything.

Peek-a-blooms

🪴: Hoya lacunosa 'Snow Caps'

If having a Hoya bloom for you is on your wishlist, then please pick up any lacunosa variety. They seem to bloom so often for me AND they smell heavenly. Very fragrant floral smell.

This cutting was from a friend and it bloomed in my prop box as a cutting for the first time and has continued to bloom consistently ever since. In the second photo you can see how long the rachis is! Its showing it's bloom history.
