Tonight on the Halas Hall Hangover…

The Chicago Bears do it again — beaten, battered, and bruised, but victorious. This coaching staff had the team prepared and ready for the Pittsburgh Steelers. The first half wasn’t easy and things looked a little wonky at times, but the second-half adjustments made all the difference. The Bears have now won eight of their last nine and head into Philadelphia riding a four-game winning streak for a showdown between two of the NFC’s top contenders.

Next up: injuries sometimes lead to big discoveries. Do we suddenly have a left-tackle dilemma on our hands? Ozzy Trapilo looked fantastic in his first start. Per PFF’s first review: 87.4 pass-block grade, 1 pressure allowed, 80.9 true pass-set grade

Benedet was a great find, but Bears Nation, I have to ask: Is it time we take a longer, more serious look at our second-round pick?

And finally… Game Balls. We’ve got plenty to hand out tonight. This team came together through real adversity, and I honestly couldn’t be prouder as a Bears fan than I am right now. So let’s hand out those game balls to the players who put smiles on our faces and carried this team to another big win.

Tonight on the Halas Hall Hangover

The Chicago Bears went up to Minnesota, took control, almost gave it all back… but ultimately showed real signs of growth by pulling out a huge divisional win in the Great White North. And yes—your first-place Chicago Bears are coming home with another nail-biting W.

the Bears haven’t won many games like this in years. Gritty, ugly, situational football. And you can feel the Ben Johnson effect. Even on a day when everything wasn’t clicking, this team still found a way to close it out on the road in the division, something we just weren’t saying in the past.

We’re breaking it all down: the growth, the concerns, the coaching, and what it means for a team sitting at the top of the NFC North.

Stick around, we've got thoughts. Plenty of ’em.

Next, that’s right the Bears are 7–3,and in 1st Place! So I guess it’s never too early to start taking a hard look at the playoff picture and what’s happening around the conference. With the NFC bunching up and a couple contenders starting to separate, every win matters, every tiebreaker matters, and every scoreboard watching moment suddenly feels a whole lot more important.

We’ll break down where the Bears stand, who’s rising, who’s fading, and what games you should keep an eye on as we hit the stretch run.

We’ll dive into all of that before we let you go to settle in for Monday Night Football.

It's a 1st place Podcast tonight!!
