I'm off to have the conversation of a life time with the lawyer who is supposed to be helping us he wanted 10k by 5/23.

I don't have it and won't have it.

I have my receipts of what I have given him and he has done absolutely nothing but jerk us around.

Strike 1: He said we needed to file a probate on my mom's estate yet since the property isn't in her name the probate is utterly useless and a waste of his time and mine.

Strike 2: I did all the work for him I went to law school I knew what needed to be done and what needed to be filed. I did all of that work yet he charged me for it??? Makes absolutely no sense!!

Strike 3: The man never answers his phone when I call he rarely responds to text messages and maybe 1 out of 10 emails he responds to. To me that is totally unprofessional and unethical.

I know a lot lawyers but the ones I know don't practice this type of law.

I had a conversation with my dead father yes I talk to the dead he told me THEADORA WHAT DID WE PAY ALL THAT MONEY FOR IF YOU WEREN'T EVER GOING TO USE WHAT YOU LEARNED. QUIT LETTING YOUR FEARS CONTROL YOU AND GET OFF YOUR ASS AND SHOW THE WORLD YOUR KEITH ROBERTS DAUGHTER.

WALK INTO THE COURT ROOM WITH YOUR MOTIONS FILED AND YOUR HEAD HELD HIGH TAKE A DEEP BREATH AND LET IT ALL OUT.

So today I'm firing the man who has done absolutely nothing for us but give us a massive headache.

I may not have a bar number attached to the letters after my name but what I have is the support of a man who is my hero and the support of my mother who always told me you can do anything you put your mind to kid they may not physically be here anymore but they are with me in everything I do. I have the brains of a lawyer and the heart of a mama bear who wont let her kids loose their home to a greedy woman who doesn't give a s**t about us and just sees $$$.

I WILL NOT LOOSE MY HOME I WILL FIGHT UNTIL IT IS OURS IT MAY NOT LOOK LIKE ANYTHING PRETTY TO YOU BUT TO US ITS OURS!

WE NEED YOUR HELP SAVING OUR HOME!
I am a busy SAHM of two amazing special needs boys. My husband works 48 hours a week at CarFaire Composites and then another 40 hours a week at his brother’s construction company. In 2006 my great aunt and great uncle deeded our home the home I have been living in for 41 years back to my parents after they bailed them out of foreclosure however my parents never filed the deed with the county for personal reasons and through the years they kept paying my aunt and uncle for property taxes and home owners’ insurance. My father passed away in July of 2023 and 2 months later my Aunt wanted us out of the house because she had someone who was offering her $575,000.00 for the property my mother fought her on it and she let off until my mother passed away in December of 2023 it took my aunt until April of 24 to try to Evict us. I took the copy of the warranty deed to court and the judge told me I needed to file a quiet title action to get the property in our names because we didn’t have the original title in our possession. I hired an attorney and he took $3500 from me plus another $2400 over the past 14 months he didn’t do what he was supposed to do and now I need to come up with 10k for a new lawyer by 5/23 to save our home.
On 5/18/2024 we will be doing a basket raffle, 50/50 raffle and bake sale at the Pavilion in Keshena Wisconsin after the Veterans Powwow is over. We will be there from 5/16-18 with the baskets on display we have donations from various local business and a lot of amazing goodies to raffle off.

I am Theadora Selma Roberts-Tucker, I am an Indigenous woman whose resilience echoes through the scars of my past. I Endured childhood sexual abuse and domestic violence, I have navigated the treacherous waters of addiction and alcoholism and came out the other side wet but with the skills needed to maintain that sboriety. Yall stop sleeping on this amazing opportunity.....

Ive worked 90 plus hours a week at 3 jobs at the same time and suffered major burn out so bad I got into a car accident on my way home from work and almost died.

I did MLM for 20 years Ole School MLM walking door to door while making a minimum of 15% and a max of 30% off of sales that made someone else rich.

I fell for the get rich quick schemes of the crypto world and lost 7 years of savings ($20,000) in a matter of min when they cut and run with my investments.

I fell victim to a literal pyramid scheme of if I invested $100 and got 50 people to do the same I would make $100,000.00 in return.

I did drop shipping and I even wrote a book for audiable.

I opened an actual Brick and Mortor Business and closed it 3 months later then I decided to try my hand at the online business space that closed down 4 months after we went live.

I was the worlds biggest skeptic there was no way you could make 100% profit off of working 2 hours a day it was impossible then I watched as a good friend of mine made more in 6 weeks than she had the whole year prior in her online boutique and I still didnt beleive her because I assumed because of her big following she found that success but I was wrong she had started from zero and has done so three times. I didnt want to beleive it was possible because I literally have tried and failed at everything and I even failed at this.

You see I had some massive immediate success and then my "STINKING THINKING" and self doubt got the best of me and I lost that success and momentum and I had to do a reset and start from scratch again and this time Im beleiving in my success every step of the way im sharing it every time I meet one of my goals and every milestone I meet im sharing it.

Last week Thursday I had 2 $300 sales and today I had 1 $600 sale in 6 days I have made more than I used to working 90 plus hours! My mind is blown I still pinch myself because I still dont beleive it.

If you have the right mindset and determination and motivation the skys the limit and even then we have sent men to the moon so what is holding you back
