This took a lot out of me. Im still in tears but here is the truth. You don't need to be perfect to succeed you just need to be willing to share your story and your truth. Those two things are your super powers they are what make you you!
Never underestimate the power of what you have endured. You may say to me well I was never abused. I never did drugs I never was poor I never lost my parents but those never can relate to someone who has never experienced those things either!
Never doesn't me there isn't a power to your story because there is something that someone else can relate to easily!

This isn’t just a new name. It’s a declaration of who I am, where I’ve been, and where I’m going.

For a long time, my story was one of trauma, addiction, and abuse. In those years, I was not the woman I was meant to be. Addiction stole from me, and in turn, I stole too—things I am not proud of, but things that shaped the fight inside me.

But here’s the truth: healing is possible.
Recovery is possible.
Transformation is possible.

I chose the name Heal and Hustle Mom because it represents BOTH sides of my journey:
💜 Heal — the work I’ve done (and continue to do) to overcome my past, to face my demons, to break generational cycles, and to choose a life filled with purpose.
💪 Hustle — the fire I carry now to build something real, something that provides for my family, something that shows my kids that their mom didn’t give up when life got hard.

Society once saw me as a thief, as “just another addict.” But today, I hustle in a way that society can’t take away from me. I hustle by building my business, creating content, helping other moms find their own freedom.

👉 This rebrand is my way of showing the world: you are not your past.
👉 You don’t have to stay stuck in the labels others gave you.
👉 You can heal, you can grow, and you can hustle with purpose.

So today I stand proud behind this name. healandhustlemom.com isn’t just my website—it’s a movement. A reminder that if I can rise from rock bottom to this, you can too.
