Missy is 5 this year and on her first big riding trip, the way things worked out when she was younger she didn’t end up with much trail experience. Well she’s getting it this week and kicking ass and taking names! So proud of her!

Thought I’d see how spooky Moon is. You can see his feet under Lacey’s belly and all they do is move towards the ball. Just love this little guys mind ♥️
They had their first full day of turnout and his first night outside, I think he’s definitely happier out here. Both of them are!

It’s hotter than hades and very stifling in the barn even with a fan, so Moon got exposed to the hose. He’s not sure what to think about water coming down on him- he was weirded out by rain too😂😂
Lacey got hosed on her neck, shoulders, and rump, being careful to avoid her midsection in an effort to keep her incision site dry. But it’s just too miserable not to cool her off. They’ll get to hang out in front of the fan now. Hopefully it will cool off soon!
