🌞🌿🐿️🧠Anyone in here suffer from SQUIRREL BRAIN?
It is my personal term for a SELF DIAGNOSED A.D.D. or A.D.H.D. (Attention Deficite Disorder or Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder......take your pick. )

🐿️🧠I am SURE that I suffer.......as do others around me who put up with my antics ( losing things, always late, overestimating or underestimating how long it takes to complete a task, talking too much) You get the picture. My brain is in CONSTANT MOTION in MULTIPLE AREAS, which can cause issues with SLEEP. Either I can't SHUT OFF MY BRAIN to go to sleep, OR I can't STOP MY BRAIN FROM RACING IF I wake up in the middle of the night.

💚💚UNTIL I FOUND COPA CALM MAGNESIUM SPRAY. (Cue the harps! ) It calms the squirrels so that I can sleep. Sometimes just breathing it in during the day with my roller oil, I can bring a bit of focus and calm. It really helps me get a good night's sleep and calms my squirrels.
