Residents who are feeling ill and would like to be tested are encouraged to call the Valley County Health Department to schedule an appointment.

Valley County is currently reporting 21 active COVID-19 cases and 14 active influenza cases. Staying informed and getting tested when you’re sick helps protect our community. VCHD offers free COVID-19 and Flu A & B drive-by testing, provided by our staff — quick, convenient, and right from your vehicle. If you’re feeling ill, and would like to be tested, please call to schedule.

Arctic cold front is expected on Thursday across northeast Montana which will bring lows Thursday night and Friday morning between -5 southwest and -30 near the Canadian border. North winds around 10 mph will produce wind chills as low -40. The bitter cold will continue through the weekend with warmer temperatures returning on Monday.
