There is a new cold pressed juice and smoothie bar coming to the former Foxy Pizza space!

Pure Green offers cold pressed juice, juice shots, superfood smoothies, açaí and pepita bowls, steel cut oatmeal bowls, and catering!

It was founded in 2014 and has grown to dozens of locations across the country.

Their official opening is December 5th 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

They are located in the former Gotta Have It space (Gotta Have It moved!) at 2235 Main Street Glastonbury.

Sicily Coal Fired Pizza is bringing a new restaurant to the former Bertucci’s space in the Griswold Mall on Main Street.

It will be called The Sicilian Oven!

They are a family-owned restaurant in Middletown with great pizza, Italian food, steaks, and a fun bar scene!

Here are renderings of the affordable housing development proposed for the old Hitchcock property off of Griswold Street.

You can see the property from Route 3 as you exit to Route 2 off to the right.

This will be a 266 unit housing complex with amenities such as a clubhouse, a pool, and a dog park area.

It is currently moving through the town approval process.

Today, Slavin Home Improvement is putting gratitude into action — installing two brand-new roofs for local veterans!

After receiving hundreds of nominations from the community, two incredible heroes were chosen to receive this meaningful gift.

One of the veterans served bravely in the Army during the Vietnam War, earning the Silver Star and Purple Heart—yet it’s his kindness and willingness to help anyone that truly define him.

The other served in the Marines in Iraq and is a devoted family man whose loyalty and love for others run deep.

What an amazing way to say thank you to those who’ve served our country. 💙❤️💙

They currently have a spot in on Main Street in Downtown Hartford.

In Square Peg, it will be in the front room near the patio and they will have independent operating hours, cafe seating, and use of the drive through window!
