We have a sneak peek of the new 1912 Restaurant on Concord Street (named after the year the house was built-LOVE!!!).

This is diagonally across from The Diamond parking lot.

Their first dinner is August 13th and it’s RESERVATION ONLY!

Macros Healthy Restaurant is taking over the former Salad Bar space.

The Salad Bar sold the Glastonbury location to the owners of Macros. (Middletown and Rocky Hill locations are still open).

We can’t find too much about the new restaurant but their tagline is: “A restaurant 100% focused on health. Eat Good. Feel Good.”

We are excited to see what they will offer!

The new Italian restaurant going into Buck’s Corner on New London Tpke next to Lottie’s is expected to open in the next couple of weeks.

The owners of Amici’s Ristorante are hoping to be OPEN the first week of August pending approvals.

They have gutted and renovated the space. It’s super cute.

The menu is traditional Italian dishes by Chef Rudy (formerly of Rudy’s in Rocky Hill).

Shah’s Halal Food is coming to Glastonbury.

The restaurant started as a food cart in NYC in 2005 and has grown to more than 110 locations.

We are hearing they will go into the end cap in the plaza near ShopRite across from Nardelli’s on the East Hartford line.

Strand Salon was mentioned as one of the main tenants of a building that will be newly renovated at 2800 Main Street next to Dairy Queen.

The building will undergo a complete renovation and will include a bakery, nail salon, and office space.

We are working on what the two other businesses will be!

You know we love when old is new again so super excited about this!
