Here’s what I used to make this wall...
Audimute Planks Acoustic Panel Kit in Style A (Macael Marble, Gray Stone, and Dark Rough Concrete).

These materials are not just on top, but 𝒃𝒖𝒊𝒍𝒕-𝒊𝒏 to the studio construction. Between layers, floor-to-ceiling bass traps, filled in every space, and visually finished on top. So even in places you might not see Audimute... you’ll hear it!

Rogers Dyna-Sonic Snare System

At the heart of the Dyna-Sonic is its floating snare rail mechanism — a Rogers innovation originally introduced in the 1960s and faithfully brought back in this modern reissue.

Unlike traditional designs where the snare wires are tensioned by pressing them tightly against the resonant head, the Dyna-Sonic’s mechanism decouples wire tension from head pressure. This means:
• You can tighten or loosen the wires without choking the drum’s tone.
• The wires “float” just below the head, allowing for ultra-sensitive response and crisp articulation at all dynamic levels.

This is ideal for intricate ghost notes, subtle buzzes, and maintaining snare presence without compromising head resonance.
