Married at 21 with big dreams and no blueprint…just faith.
We’ve struggled, hustled, prayed, and grown. I still remember when we quit our jobs with no plan, worked at a bookstore for two weeks, and trusted God for more.
Through it all, he’s never told me to stop dreaming. He’s covered me in prayer, supported every vision, and believed in me even when the path wasn’t clear.

If you’re in a marriage where things feel uncertain…keep the faith. Keep praying. Keep believing in each other.
God honors unity, and He’s faithful to complete what He starts in you together.

I thank God for a husband who doesn’t just love me, but carries faith with me. Wouldn’t do life with anyone else.

🗣️ Story Time!

Ok so here’s a little secret… 🤫 My close friends know this about me — I’m sensitive! 😩 Like heart-on-my-sleeve, take-it-personal, I’ll think about it all day sensitive 😂 BUT God is working on me 🙌🏽 and therapy too chile ok!?

So boom 💥 — I’ve been running around like a headless chicken 🐔 getting everything ready for my son’s graduation party👨🏽‍🎓🎉 but I said let me squeeze in some “me time” and hit the gym 🏋🏽‍♀️.

Last minute I decided to hop in a Zumba class 💃🏽— threw on my cute little blue activewear set 😍 and headed out feelin myself! 💁🏽‍♀️💙✨

Now listen… I always go to the front. Why? Because I need that mirror, sis 👀💅🏽 and I can’t be tryna breathe with somebody’s ponytail in my face because it’s crowded in the back.

So this random lady hits me with the “somebody is already there they just went to the bathroom” 💀 (ma’am… the entire front row got space like a VIP section at church ✝️).

Then the lady that returned from the bathroom turns around and says:
“You didn’t get the all black memo?” 😒
Ma’am… What memo? I’m not part of the fitness cult, I’m just tryna sweat in peace 🥴

So I smiled and replied sweetly:
“Oh no, it’s my first time back in weeks.”
She hit me with: “Well, you look cute.” 🥴

Chile… the growth God has done in meeeee 🙌🏽💆🏽‍♀️ because old me woulda been like:

🗣️ “I just came to Zumba, BUT thank you for confirming that I’m the brightest thing in here!” 😌🌟💅🏽

Ladies… can we talk?! 💬
Why are some of the most broken relationships are the ones between women? 💔

I didn’t let her ruin my vibe — I danced harder, smiled brighter, and gave her a front-row seat to this favor & fitness honey 😝💃🏽🔥
