Attention: We want to inform you about a recent technical issue affecting Google Business Profiles that may have impacted the display of your business’s review count.

What’s Happening?

Since February 7, 2025, some businesses have observed discrepancies in their Google review counts, with profiles displaying fewer reviews than actually exist. Importantly, the reviews themselves have not been removed; this is primarily a display issue. Google has acknowledged the problem and is actively working to resolve it.

What Should You Do?

At this time, no action is required on your part. Google is addressing the issue, and we anticipate that accurate review counts will be restored soon. We recommend monitoring your Google Business Profile for updates.
