WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY – WEEKEND SNOW STORM

The Township of Bloomfield is preparing for a winter storm expected this weekend. Residents are urged to prepare in advance and follow all parking and travel advisories.

• Ensure essential supplies and medications for at least three days
• Prepare for possible power outages and charge devices
• Avoid unnecessary travel

SNOW EMERGENCY PARKING
Vehicles must be removed from designated snow emergency streets once roadways become snow covered to allow for safe plowing. Municipal school parking lots will be available for resident parking during the storm. All vehicles must be removed from school properties by 2:00 p.m. Monday.

Parking regulations will be strictly enforced during the storm.

GARBAGE & RECYCLING
Garbage pickup scheduled for Monday, January 26, 2026, is suspended and will be collected on the next scheduled pickup day.
Recycling scheduled for Monday will take place on Tuesday, January 27, 2026.
