The McLeod County Chronicle is a weekly newspaper with the main emphasis in the GSL school district (which includes the communities of Glencoe, Plato, Brownton, Silver Lake, New Auburn, Biscay, and some areas of Lester Prairie). The paper is a Wednesday publication, averaging 22 pages in two sections with full color options and has a circulation of over 3,000.
