She founded Platinum Star Public Relations, Inc., and Platinum Star Media Group, Inc., certified minority woman-owned firms in Glendale, California, that now provide international branding, marketing, talent management, and film production services.

As CEO and Founder of Angel City Salute Alliance, Inc., a 508(c)(1)(a) nonprofit, she has championed unhoused veterans, domestic violence survivors, and justice-impacted individuals, earning the U.S. Presidential Lifetime Volunteer Achievement Award in 2024. In October of the same year, she was named Global PR Personality of the Year at the 3rd Annual Afro Awards and appointed International Goodwill Ambassador by the DreamChild Foundation in Accra, Ghana.

A respected academic and certified JT Foxx speaker, Dr. Lemelle holds an MBA from the University of La Verne and four advanced theological degrees, including a Doctor of Philosophy from The Word of God International University.

A two-day, in-person event held October 16–17, 2025, from 8 AM to 5 PM at the Azure Hotel & Suites, 1945 E Holt Blvd, Ontario, CA 91761.

Now in its third year, the summit is themed “Unity in Diversity: Business Start-Up and Growth” and is designed to empower entrepreneurs at every stage—from aspiring startups to seasoned business owners ready to scale.
