Just my opinion but ATSC 3.0 is great if it's more efficient and more robust, but there should be zero requirement for an internet connection. 100% absolutely zero. It shouldn't need to confirm anything back to a gatekeeper. If I can receive the signal I should be able to see the signal. Period. End of sentence.

If you're having problems with WNYT, you may need to rescan. WNYT turned on their new UHF 21 signal from Albany today. Their original signal on VHF 12 is at half power and will be shutting off on June 26th. This does not affect you if you're using their other signals on UHF 27 or 28.
