Our hearts are heavy as we face the tragedy that the flooding has left in its wake. Among the confirmed casualties is our own Heather Johnson, mother, daughter, community member. Her life was lived with intention and will continue to be remembered by us and everyone else that she has touched. Rest In Peace, Heather.
While we recognize that rain is still on the doppler and the threat of flooding remains iminent, we would like everyone to take a moment to reflect on what this community means to you, to us, to everyone around. Joining in the efforts to clean up and help Globe and Miami find stability once more is one way to find empowerment through this catastrophe. If you would like to help, here is a list of ideas that is sure to grow over the next week.
