Come shoot for a good cause! We hope to see you at Golden High Country Archers on May 23rd for a benefit shoot to support my uncle, Jason Roe.

Jason is still recovering from severe injuries due to an accident that happened in December. We are trying to get some funds together for him to help out with medical bills since he is still in a rehab center with no ability to work. We as his family and friends greatly appreciate all the support!

Some of you know that my uncle Jason was in a severe accident Christmas Eve where he fell head first off a high wall onto concrete. I met the Flight-for-Life at the fire station to follow them down to the hospital where surgeries took place all night. The injuries have far surpassed anything we could have ever imagined happening to him and he’s been in critical condition since that day. After nearly a month in the ICU, he remains in the hospital with a very, very long road to recovery ahead of him. Being self employed with his construction company and now unable to work for the foreseeable future, a GoFundMe has been started to assist and offset the immense costs of the intensive care that he’s been receiving. We continue to pray for recovery for him and ask to spread the word about his story. Jason is someone who I have always looked up to and I cannot fathom what life will be like moving forward. 2020 was a wild ride. Some of the worst experiences and some of the most progressive experiences. This year I did a lot of things solo and did things that I didn’t think I would. I’ll always be working on myself, but I’m thankful for the amount of personal growth I’ve had this year. Not gunna lie, 2021 is probably not going to be some exponentially different year, but I’m here for a change. Thanks for being in my life the past year, and here’s to 2021!
