Christians should be in loving relationships!

We are not created by our heavenly Father to be isolated and insecure. His plan for us is to engage with each other in meaningful conversation, patient prayer, loving service, and relaxing recreation. Families and friends who grow old together are able to work through conflict, overcome obstacles, serve unselfishly, and celebrate God’s faithfulness. (DDFM25)

Stay Calm
Sometimes, when presented with a problem you can’t solve, it’s okay to sit back, stay silent, and wait on God to show you the answer. Silence is a sign of a calm spirit. It gives you a chance to hear God and not ourselves. (Provb 17:27)
Lord, give me the patience and humility to keep quiet when You have something to say. May I listen more than I speak. (DWFM25)

Is It That Hard?

As long as you have the desire to fight for what’s right, God won’t let you fall. You still have to choose each day … but God will always be by your side, encouraging you to choose Him. (Heb 3:14)

Heavenly Father,

Thank you for not letting us fall for the evil desires of the unsaved. Thank you Lord that you will allow us to win, even if right now it looks like we are losing. Lord help us grow to put our faith in you. Help us resist the temptation to embrace evil at the expense of our very souls. Strengthen us to love you first and then to love others as much as we love ourselves.

This To Shall Pass

Here on earth, everything we see is temporary. Even the largest stone or the most impressive skyscraper will crumble under the massive weight of time. God’s love is forever. It existed for all of eternity—it’s just as strong today as it was at the dawn of time. In a life full of passing pleasures and crushing evil, it’s great to have a hope that will never slip away or get snuffed out by the hand of death. In the next 3 years some people who are here now, will not be here then. Only what we do for Christ will last. Republicans, Democrats, racist, and evil are all temporary. Christ is exalted and Satan is defeated. Trust and obey God, not man. (Heb 1:10-12) DW4M2025

Delusion

Sometimes we make ourselves believe a lie so long we won't see the truth. Such delusion is easy to fall into—most of us would rather float in our sinful ignorance than be brought back to earth by the truth. But God’s truth, in the long run, is far better than any wild fantasy we could ever dream up. Ezekiel 2:3-4

Which One?
You know every time one of these people walks into the room, the next ten minutes will be a painful exercise in balancing the conversation on a knife’s edge of civility—somewhere between lashing back in rage and darting out the door. But for those who are considerate and thoughtful, it’s a joy to see their faces. You know that this conversation will be pleasant and insightful, no matter how many twists and turns it takes. Individuals like this make life easier, and they make us better people for just speaking with them.

We must have a strong belief in the truth of God's Word.We will then be able to encourage others with truthful teachings and show those who oppose it where they are wrong. (Titus 1:9)

Lord, thank You for providing the truth of Your Word, through examples of people who put Your Word into action. Help me learn from their wisdom. Help us not to follow false theology that does not honor Love for you and love for others who are different in some way than we are. In Jesus name. Amen🙏
