You can snag a handful of days per month at a great rate. This place is deeply inspiring and sounds fantastic. There should never be a day where music isn’t being made in this studio. My favorite room sound so far in here. SR-4 with the Oktava MK-012 (Omni capsule) on the floor lined up physically for phase correlation. There is a Coles 4038 up high far away facing the wall that adds a nice bit of room as well but damn, I could get by with just these 2 mics for a majority of recordings. Plenty of clarity, low end, and grit with these beautiful mics.
