Parents, are you tired of being the one who always has to keep it together?
The one who remembers the appointments, manages the schedules, solves the problems, comforts the tears, and keeps the household running, even when you're running on empty.
Emotional exhaustion isn't always obvious. Sometimes it looks like feeling disconnected, having less patience, struggling to focus, or simply feeling like you have nothing left to give at the end of the day.
If that's where you are right now, take a moment and hear this: you don't have to be strong every second of every day.
It's okay to admit you're tired.
It's okay to need support.
It's okay to take a break before you reach your limit.
You are carrying a lot, and your feelings are valid. Caring for yourself is not taking away from your family. It's helping you have the energy and emotional capacity to continue caring for the people you love.
You deserve care, too. 💜
