Where God has placed you is NOT insignificant. And even if you question if he put you there… He can still use you.

The Bible says the harvest is plenty but the workers are few.

Did you think the harvest is only plentiful in ministry/church jobs?? NOPE.

Wherever you’ve been planted is where God wants to use you. And if He’s calling you elsewhere… you’ll know.

Stop minimizing the “simple” jobs that are keeping most people’s lives functioning.

Everyone has skills and gifts that are so needed in this earth and so many people spend their time trying to fit into a mold of someone else’s gifting. But God created you the way you are so He can use you the way you are.

Your skill for baking/cooking… is a blessing for mouths that need to be fed.
Your skill for construction/homebuilding/etc is a blessing for those who need a home or a fix in their current home.
Your skill for customer service & hospitality is a blessing for every person who you’ll meet working that position.

You’re an undercover agent for God when you’re in a “normal” job…. That’s basically the Navy Seals of the spiritual realm 😎

Instead of begging to leave where you’ve been placed or looking down on your current role.. ask God how you can better function as an undercover agent for Him 🕵🏻‍♀️

It’s been a long season of wilderness and the more I try to find a way out, the more God reminds me that this season isn’t one to be escaped… it’s better to get comfortable being pruned and being shaped into who he’s calling you to be.

This wilderness has been about God uprooting all identity rooted in what I had, deeper trust in Him as my provider while also having my lifestyle transformed to be one that can cultivate and grow the roots of vision, success and prosperity that He’s given me.

If I stayed the same, I wouldn’t have the capacity to carry what he’s shown me I’ll someday carry.

In the wilderness you so badly want to get out. And this is easier said than done, BUT what if you stopped looking for escape and allowed it to be the best season of transformation?

Ask God what the jars represent for you and what He’s calling you to steward better so He can will those jars with oil until they’re all full.

Because you’re a high capacity, woman of God with a huge calling in your life… and you probably know by now that there’s no outrunning God. Might as well get on board 🤣❤️‍🔥

Freedom isn’t the finish line. It’s where your calling begins. 🔥

God didn’t just save you FROM something.
He saved you FOR something.

You were set free so you could MOVE with that freedom.

So you could build.
Lead.
Create.
Serve.
Give.
Impact.
Multiply.

Including multiplying the testimony of what God has done in you.

Because the life He gave you, the freedom He restored, and the identity He gave you aren’t just for you.

What God does IN you is meant to overflow THROUGH you.

And before you think, “But I’m not there yet…”

You don’t have to be perfect to be used by God. You never will be. Not this side of heaven.

There’s a difference between being in process and being in bo***ge.

You can be healing and still say YES.
You can be growing and still be obedient.
You can have things to work through and still be used mightily.

But you don’t have to keep surrendering your life to fear, limiting beliefs, old identities, and generational patterns Jesus came to set you free from.

So which camp are you in?

“I know I’m called.”
You’re saying YES to Jesus and figuring out how to steward what He’s given you.

Maybe you don’t need another sign.

Maybe you don’t need another confirmation.

Maybe you need to confront the fear that keeps convincing you that you’re not ready.

Because sometimes God has already spoken- we’re just waiting for enough information to feel safe obeying.

And girl… you’re never going to get the whole map.

You get the next step.

Take it.

And if you’re realizing that the thing keeping you stuck isn’t actually a lack of direction, but the identity, fear, and old patterns you’ve been carrying… that’s exactly why I created Radically Empowered.

We don’t become the powerful woman God has shown us we can be without doing the work.

We are formed through discipline, obedience, and stewardship.

And it isn’t always easy.

But what separates you from the people who don’t carry the calling you have is that you don’t back down just because it’s hard.

So think about the woman God has shown you.

The woman walking in power.
Walking in authority.
Disciplined.
Intentional.
Faithful.

What does she embody?

And then start showing up like her.

This isn’t manifestation.
This isn’t the law of attraction.

This is deciding to become the woman God created you to be and being willing to dissect every place of friction and disconnection between where you are now and where He’s calling you. ❤️‍🔥

Then you close the gap through small decisions, every single day.

Being faithful with what God has placed in your hands now, so you can be trusted with what He’s preparing you to steward later.

You don’t become her by accident.
You become her by faithfulness. 🤎

If this stings, it’s probably for you. 🌶️

This isn’t about arguing your diagnosis or what’s readily available to you and within reach. People come from different backgrounds, have different access to different resources, and our minds/brains are all created differently.

But will you let those circumstances have the final word?

Or will you refuse to give up and refuse to let those circumstances identify you?

Last time I checked, the mind of Christ was reserved for Children of God- not just the ones with the most money or the cleanest brain scans.

So who gets the final say?
The Word of God, or the labels you’ve adopted or have been spoken over you?
