Would you rather listen to two podcast hosts who agree on almost everything, or two who regularly debate different viewpoints?

A common trap in co-hosted shows is falling into an echo chamber where one host makes a point and the other simply says, "Yep, totally agree". Bringing in different backgrounds, experiences, or even opposing equipment preferences creates a much more dynamic, engaging conversation for listeners.

When you are looking for a podcast co-host, what matters more to you: instant on-air chemistry or bulletproof reliability?
