Starting February 1, 2026, travelers without a REAL ID–compliant license or another accepted ID (like a passport) will be charged a $45 fee to fly. The new fee supports a 10-day identity verification process under the TSA Confirm.ID program.

Due to the ongoing government shutdown, the FAA has temporarily reduced flight volume at several major U.S. airports. This may lead to flight delays, cancellations, or rebookings in the coming days.

🛫 If you have upcoming travel, we recommend:
✔️ Checking your flight status regularly
✔️ Turning on airline notifications for real-time updates
✔️ Arriving early due to longer security wait times

Day 5:
Toured a couple resorts in Placencia and rented golf carts to explore the town. Such a cute place!

Final night photo shoot and dinner experience together as a group!

Day 4:
We ventured from the jungle to Palencia which is a cute village where you can see water on both sides at some points of the drive!

Stopped at Nim Li Punit Mayan Ruins and a cute local market.

Got to the Naia resort and had time to use the complimentary bikes to explore the resort and pool time!

Day 4 was an active and discovery day at the resort!

Some highlights:

the 6am hike to “the gazebo” that is about a 16 minute hike up a mountain to an incredible view of the valley and mountains!

Biking around on the resort grounds

Horse drawn carriage ride through the orchard with a past bull rider and hearing his stories.

Day 3: We transitioned from the coastal charm of San Pedro to the jungle!

This resort has so many amazing scenic hiking trails, thrilling rope courses, horseback excursions, and the excitement of river kayaking, all set amidst a breathtaking natural landscape.

Snorkeling with stop at Shark Ray Alley!

Although nerve racking, was a very unique and amazing experience! Definetly recommend. The guides were greats.

Arrived in Belize City and got to experience the small flight to San Pedro.

Staying here for 2 nights!

Beautiful resort with great restaurants. Did a wine pairing meal and would highly recommend! Such a fun way to try different foods than i would normally order!
