..BLIZZARD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM 9 AM THIS MORNING TO 6 AM CST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions expected to develop by afternoon. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Minnesota and northeast and southeast North Dakota.

* WHEN...From 9 AM this morning to 6 AM CST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Whiteout conditions will make travel extremely dangerous or impossible. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions possible. Total snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Minnesota and northeast and southeast North Dakota.

* WHEN...From late tonight through Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...Whiteout conditions are possible and may make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Plan on slippery road conditions. Ground blizzards may create whiteout conditions that could make travel extremely dangerous or impossible. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.

Tuesday- Areas of snow and 30. New Years Eve- Flurries and 3.

New Years Day Outlook- Flurries; highs around zero.
