Reserve some magic today with Santa @ the Culver's of Grand Haven! With the success of our scheduled visits last year we are happy to offer them again, alongside a couple public visits. Anyone is welcome to see Santa in Grand Haven on Nov 28th from 5-8pm for Supper with Santa and Dec 3rd after the Jingle Bell Parade. Private visits should be reserved for all other dates & times. The last day to see Santa is Tuesday Dec 20th from 430-8pm. Spots are limited and will fill up quickly, reserve today!

Over the years many have come to know and love our Santa and Mrs. Claus @ Culver's of Grand Haven. We are saddened to hear of their retirement due to health concerns. Mr. & Mrs. Claus would like you to know they miss you all dearly and if it were possible, they would have loved to see you this Christmas. We wish them the best of health and happiness as they move to a warmer climate and spend time with family!

This year our guests will be introduced to the magic of a new Santa as we continue our annual tradition.

All visits will take place during operating hours while the dining room is open to the public. Private visits will take place in a sectioned off area of the dining room.

For those who have made reservations on Mondays and Wednesdays in Dec, your dates are still held and no action is required. For those whose scheduled visits are on a Thursday or Saturday you will be notified by Calendly about the cancellation and we encourage you to reschedule.

We are doing things a bit different this year. To offer a healthy, fun experience for you and your family the following safety precautions are in place to Visit with Santa:

Location: Santa will be visiting with individual families from the vestibule area just behind the front doors. While the space is mostly covered, it is outdoor experience and will be chilly. Please dress accordingly.

Santa Shield: A clear protective barrier will be in place between Santa and families at all times to allow for a contactless experience.

Physical Distancing: Families should standby in their vehicles until their scheduled time.

Face coverings: All families are required to wear face coverings during their visit.

Temperature Screening: All families should consider a temperature screening with a thermometer at home prior to their Visit with Santa to confirm temperatures do not exceed 100.4°F.

Screening Surveys: All families should confirm they can answer no to all the COVID-19 related questions here: www.cdc.gov/screening/index.html

Multiple booking: Due to limited availability, we ask that individuals or groups please book once. Secondary reservations made by the same individual or group will be cancelled.

Cancellation: Families that can not make their reserved time should reschedule or cancel their visit as soon as possible to allow opportunities for other families to see Santa. If any individual in the group is feeling sick, or has come into close contact with someone who is sick, please reschedule or cancel your visit.

Culver's takes our community's, employee's, and your health very seriously. We are committed to provide you with the best quality service. While the regulations are ever-changing, here is a list of our current procedures in accordance with Public Health guidelines and recommendations:

We are open and are serving you via Drive Thru and Call In orders
◦ Drive Thru orders are taken as normal
◦ Cars may be asked to pull to the front of the building to increase efficiency in order processing

You can place a Call In order for pickup at (616)842-0070
◦ Place your order with our team
◦ Give a contact number, name, and time you will come in to pick up your order
◦ Come to the Drive Thru and tell the order taker you have placed a call in order with the name for your order
◦ Pull up to the window to pay for and receive your order

Culver's employees will be supported throughout the current situation as the government and medical advisements come to light
◦ Full time employees will continue to be prioritized on the schedule
◦ Child Care services are provided for the staff
◦ We care about our employees and will continue to find ways to support their needs

Sanitation protocols
◦ Every Team Member is using gloves
◦ Gloves are changed constantly, particularly between differing tasks
◦ Purell Food Surface cleaner is used to wipe down all food and customer contact surfaces. This product is listed by the CBC and ACA as a Coronavirus fighting product (americanchemistry.com/Novel-Coronavirus-Fighting-Products-List.pdf)
◦ Procedures will continue to evolve as new protocols are put into place by the CDC, WHO, Government, and Culver's corporate recommendations. We will do our best to keep our community informed.
