GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — The Social G Co., a Grand Rapids-based social media and marketing agency, has officially partnered with iSmash Grand Rapids as their social media team.

iSmash Grand Rapids offers one of West Michigan's most unique entertainment experiences, giving guests a place to smash, destress, and have a whole lot of fun. The Social G Co. will handle social media strategy, content creation, and digital presence for the brand across platforms.

The Social G Co. also joins iSmash as part of the pre-opening team, supporting a VIP Influencer Night, a Soft Grand Opening for local community leaders, and an official ribbon cutting with the Grand Rapids Chamber.

A note from our Founder:

Last week was a notable week for our team. Monday morning, we held a team meeting at the Grand Rapids Chamber and announced the promotion of Elise Snyder to Director of Creative and welcomed Erin Graham as our new Director of Growth & Client Success. 🤝

With Elise and Erin partnering closely as a formal leadership team, The Social G Co. continues to evolve and provide the best service - and results - to our ever expanding list of Midwest brands. Believe me, this is a power duo.

With Elise overseeing creative direction, content quality, and account management across all accounts, she will help ensure our clients’ social media strategy is executed at a high level, creative work remains top-notch and the content is effective in driving business results.

Erin will focus on client experience, proactive communication, new client onboarding and launch, and ongoing and year round success in addition to community engagement. Erin joins us with 15+ year marketing career. She is seasoned and will immediately add value to all we do.

Friday evening we celebrated with a team dinner at Trust, the perfect spot with the perfect name to celebrate our team, reflect on the past year, and look ahead to all the good things to come.

We ate. We drank. We laughed. We clinked glasses.

The right people. The right time. It doesn’t get any better than that.

Now, we get back to it! Thanks for being a part of our journey. We are grateful.

Meet Erin Graham, our new Director of Growth and Client Success. 🥂

She brings 15+ years across marketing, events, project management, and brand strategy. The kind of person who walks into a room, reads the vision instantly, and figures out exactly how to make it real.

Branding, strategy, creative marketing. She’s done it, led it, and made it better.

But what really sets Erin apart has nothing to do with a resume. She genuinely loves people.

Outside of work you’ll find her spending time with friends and family, traveling and connecting with new acquaintances, deep in a home reno, finding any excuse to go outside, beverage in hand. She travels, connects, collects experiences, and brings all of that energy right back to the work.

We don’t just post. We partner. And now we have exactly the right person focused on client experience, proactive communication, and ensuring every client's goals are met.
