BookFest is a one-day outdoor book festival that run concurrently with Festival of the Arts. The outdoor stage at the Main Library will feature musical performances, author appearances, and a poetry slam. Kids can join us in our Storybook Parade led by Super Why and Princess Presto.

An interview with Craig Thompson by one of our members! Not only including the written interview, but also featuring an original comic of the interview!

Craig Thompson is a cartoonist whose work is pushing the medium into new and exciting directions. Known for his comics of immense proportion (Blankets and Habibi), he visited Calvin College as an exhibitor for its twelfth biannual Festival of Faith and Writing.
