Epik Beginnings

We started in 2007 as a small production studio, in a basement, producing local hip-hop artists. Our founder, Sam Johnson, split his time between working in theatre and in the company he was trying to lift off the ground. In 2009, Live sound became part of Epik Productions, offering theatre sound design and live sound mixing.

Although the company was founded in 2007, we have been recording since 2005 under the moniker, Epik Records. Our experience with live audio goes back further to 2003. We have a great team of DJs, audio engineers, audio designers, and technicians. Our services include:
