Happy Work Anniversary Day!

Last week we celebrated Nick and Darius, who have reached two years as event staff at Wealthy Theatre. This week, we celebrated Alaina, celebrating 2 years as our GRTV Education Manager and Phil, our WYCE Station Manager on three years.

This week, Grand Rapids Community Media Center is celebrating Media Literacy Week, in alignment with other educators, supporters, organizers, and creators across the country.

Media Literacy is a core value of GRCMC -- empowering individuals with the critical skills and knowledge needed to navigate, analyze, and understand media content effectively, fostering a more informed and discerning community.

Today we said goodby to our beloved MOLLIE. This van has been with the GRCMC since 1997, transferring equipment to all of the WYCE Jammies and the MANY GRTV video projects.

We will miss her but recognize we need something more reliable as we continue to work with this wonderful community.
