Moreno Valley is inviting residents to help shape City history—literally. 🚩✨

The Environmental and Historical Preservation Commission has launched a City Flag Redesign Contest, open to all ages and inspired by the theme: “Having pride for our City’s Past, Present, and Future.”

Residents can submit their designs between August 11 and October 13, 2025. Cash prizes will be awarded, and the winning design will fly high above City Hall.
