The foundation for the build is a daily event. As we are building up our future in some cases we are pulling down the past. These fences where these two men’s Grandpa built fences are being replaced and it is bitter sweet. May Grandpa be as proud of them as we all are in the family. Just sharing the reality of getting older, letting go of the past can be really challenging while trying to celebrate the future. Also I want to highlight that both of them served in the military and it’s clear that those days of eating fast and working hard no matter the cost is still in them both! 🇺🇸

Day 10 was so much better than 9. He was super tired yesterday so I really just stood with all 3 of them without any expectations.
