Even though I’ve been healed 17 times there are still times that my body gets attacked. The last couple weeks I’ve definitely had some stomach issues. I contacted my nutritionist who said I need lots of avocados to eat chocolate avocado pudding. Now, don’t love it. However, I’ve learned being healthy isn’t always about eating what you love it’s about eating what your body needs. I did find a pretty good recipe so it does taste better than what it has in the past and it taste like dessert.
