I received lot of love, gifts, and company….I hope you all are enjoying with your loved ones. Samosas, masala eggs, butternut squash casserole, butter chicken, lamb kebabs, French apple tart, pumpkin cheesecake, and Rajma chawal were some of the dishes on the menu this week.

Thanksgiving! The week leading up to Thanksgiving has been a blessing. I cooked several Indian dishes, including Punjabi kadi, gazar matar, Masale wale baigan, allo gobhi, and freshly made allo pyaaz ke parathe. Moreover, I received dinner invitations from friends and attended a girls' night, which were a wonderful addition to my celebrations. I am grateful for the company of friends, family, and positive energy.
