This recipe started with my mom. ❤️

She made us homemade granola growing up. To this day I have never liked store-bought granola, so I started making my own, beginning with her recipe. Over the years, I started changing things around—different nuts, different spices, coconut oil, and a few little additions of my own.

This is the version I've landed on, but the inspiration belongs to her.

It's crunchy, nutty, a little sweet, and the whole house smells incredible while it's baking. And yes, you can absolutely eat it straight off the pan. 😋
