The City of Grant has a dictator in charge. Mayor Jeff Huber writes the City Newsletter, is the Cable Commissioner (getting free cable) and uses people to do things he does not want to do. Huber enlists people on his team, but the exchange is you have to be willing to do what he asks of you, at the city council table and in the community. His last enlisted council member elected in 2016, Denny Kaup, quit two years in to his term.
