Tim is running the Pine to Palm 100-mile race this weekend to honor his daughter, Kharma who was diagnosed with a rare cancer at age 11 and passed away in 2019, just 21 days after being diagnosed. Every step raises funds for The Family House expansion at Asante. 🤍

Meal Prep Monday with Cartwright's Market features Pumpkin Snickerdoodles. While not my favorite pumpkin recipe I've tried, it did get me excited for all things Fall flavored coming soon!!! I also learned a trick about removing moisture from the pumpkin puree that I wish I would have learned that BEFORE making these so they aren't so cakey lol Next time!!

Meal Prep Monday on a Wednesday! This breakfast bake definitely had me feeling the Fall vibes, even if it's still triple digits outside. Super easy recipe to put together and with added protein, but you can leave that out if you want. I made this last night and added whipped coconut topping for a sweet treat!

Here is the most recent Spalding Ave Fire Information:

The Fire Size has been downgraded to approximately 2-acres. Units are getting a good handle on the fire and all air resources have been released.

Incident Command has ordered 1 20-man crew, 3 type 6 engines, and 1 water tender to work thorugh the night getting the fire lined and mopped up.

There is a Level 1- Be Ready - notice in place for GRA-117 and GRA-147.

A Level 1 - Be Ready - evacuation notice has been issued for Zones GRA-117 and GRA-147 per Genasys. Zones can be viewed on the Watch Duty map or on Genasys.

Pacific Power has turned power off in the area until air support is done with their water drops. - Per air traffic.

The Spalding Fire on 2200 NE Spalding Ave. is 1 to 1.5 acres. Additional aircraft is en route and a hand crew has been ordered. - Per Incident command.
