I pray that my clients can look back at their photos & see where they were in the particular season of life. With this family, I’ve known them for what feels like forever & it’s been a true honor to watch their family grow 🥰

While editing this session, I kept saying “I hope they see how happy their kids truly are- they are being silly, running around, getting dirty, experiencing new things, and just being real kids.” I feel like we see friends, family & strangers having all their stuff together and forget that’s not real. This is real- Laughing so hard you cry, kids needing to run around & throw leaves at each other, kids making silly faces, kids getting their clothes dirty, runny noses & rosy cheeks. These kids are living & these parents are some of the best parents I’ve ever met. I am so proud of them, for how they are raising their family. No matter how hard life gets, they have each other, and that’s enough 🤍

When I was going through photos, I teared up seeing them because I could feel the joy those kids had just being themselves & being with those they loved and felt safe with. Truly was an honor to capture this family 🤍😭
