Lab Lessons from FitLab Deep Creek.
Know Your Trails. Leave No Trace.
The Labs are ALWAYS ready to get outside to move. They would not object to hiking on muddy trails. As the humans who are responsible for planning their outdoor movement, we choose to make responsible decisions to protect the trails. Following heavy rains, or snow melt, we select trails with rocky surfaces or excellent drainage. When it’s not possible to find a non-muddy trail, we take hard surface walks. Why? Because we don’t want to damage the trails. Explore your local trails, and learn where you can move without leaving tracks, and where you should avoid during mud season.
Get outside. Move more. Know your trails. Leave no trace.
