I’ve been so busy this year I’ve barely had time to post some of the work I’ve done. One of the shoots I was so honored to be a part of was Lisa & Graham’s engagement shoot. It was magical shooting at and Lisa was a fairy in her dress. Thank you for letting me be a small part of your journey and I am so excited to hear all about the wedding to come!

I am so excited to congratulate Kim Keethler Ball on her re-election win to the Granville Village Council. It was an honor to work with her on her campaign this year handling her website update, headshots, event photography, and social media. Kim has been a village staple since I was a kid growing up here and to now work with her as an adult through her volunteerism at has been inspiring. She is a cheerleader, protector, and force for this community. It’s a bittersweet end to an era! A couple of weeks ago I worked my final concert for 🎻 I am going to miss listening to beautiful music and all of the wonderful friends I made along the way. I can’t wait to start attending events next year with my little as guests instead of working them!

This is such a wonderful organization to give back to! Every dollar given makes us able to host free events for all to enjoy 🫶🏼

We know today is Giving Tuesday, but here’s the deal: donations are never a requirement to enjoy the Granville Center for the Arts. You’ll always be welcome at all our events, whether you donate or not. Because for us, it’s not about money—it’s about people. We believe in creating a Granville where the arts are inclusive, accessible, and for everyone. And your presence at our events? That’s the most valuable contribution of all. 🫶

You may not know this, but in a year and a half, our small but mighty independent, 100% volunteer-run nonprofit arts center has hosted over 250 FREE events! 🎉 From public art installations and hands-on workshops to concerts and creative classes, we’ve become a vibrant hub for Granville’s culture and community.

Of course, making all this magic happen is costly, but our incredible volunteers, neighbors, and talented artists (seriously, you’re rock stars) have made it possible. Every bit of time, talent, and treasure they’ve shared has brought the center to life, and we’re beyond grateful.

We understand your inbox is overflowing with donation requests from incredible organizations, and we encourage you to support them first. You’re making the world better, and that’s awesome. But if, after all that generosity, you still have $5 left to give, we humbly ask you to consider the arts center. We’re one of the few nonprofits where 100% of your donation goes directly into creating free, inclusive arts experiences for you and your family. The two faces you’re most likely to see at any given event. Thanks for pulling me in on this beautiful art journey 🎨 No matter how frazzled I am from my day/week I come to the art center and my soul just calms down. I was honored to photograph two events this week, the grant award reception for the and the Licking County Foundation luncheon. I’m doing more event photography as my business slowly shapes itself and it’s been such a fun experience. I love being around all these people who are doing amazing things for our community and I’m becoming better at what I do each day. Thank you to both of these wonderful organizations for letting me capture these events so you can actually experience them in the moment.
