Hello local artists..........this one is for you

We have a new gift shop starting at NCM and you can be part of it. We are starting with our year round Christmas Tree but will also be adding other cool items throughout the year. Essentially our lounge becomes a fun way to not only highlight local artists but for folks to also purchase from those local artists. This is an opportunity for local artists to also support our nonprofit, while also receiving the love.

Our new larger tree arrives shortly and it will be needing some of your best creations. This is your opportunity to create some truly unique pieces of art. The tree will be up year round and all pieces will be securely attached to the tree (so they don't easily walk away). We handle the transaction for you, with part of the proceeds going to NCM.

The art displayed will be at the descretion of NCM. It can include photography, painting, sculpture, mixed media, graphic design, and more. This is a great opportunity for artists who are not in a gallery or that don’t have a storefront. It gives them a place to send people to see their work in person.

This workshop has been brewing for years and we are super excited it is finally here. It is part of our All-Access Subscription.

This is a hands-on monthly workshop, which is essentially a really cool photo shoot each will give folks an opportunity to learn from doing. Everyone will be pointing their camera at the same subject'sand snapping actual photos. Review will happen on the spot. There will people on hand to help.

For January the topic is "Lights in Motion". We will have some dancers wearing lights and studio will be mostly dark, making for a perfect scenario to capture some awesome images. We will help walk participants through both high speed and long exposure photography.

This workshop starts on Tuesday, January 20th at 4:30. All levels of experience are welcome to attend. So bring your camera and don’t forget your tripod. NCM is always seeking collaboration with fellow nonprofits and members of the community. The deadline for consideration for our free and low cost submission is approaching. Don't miss this amazing opportunity!

We are seeking proposals for items that you need our help with. They can be as simple as a place to use for meetings and events to media services for a particular project, etc. Each year we take on a few requests for free, others we do for a small fee. This is when we also review collaboration requests that come through during the year and make a plan for what we can add for the upcoming year. All requests will be reviewed in January. Our goal is to review each one and reach out to you with a solution.

The deadline to submit is January 12, 2026 by 5pm. A simple one page request with a brief description of what you are thinking is all we need to get the ball rolling. We look forward to hearing from you and seeing if we can help with your needs. Submissions can be sent to [email protected]
