Here is my physical progress of my 6 day fast since there are so many of you that are curious about it! This is tough to look at for me, and I’m wearing the same clothes a couple days in a row…

Here is what my tentative schedule looked like:

I would make sure to go to the gym and work out for an hour daily.

Do an e***a and shower after gym.

I would plan out what I wanted to achieve and write out a list of goals.

Read about my chart, read books on meditation and think about food.

I communicated with friends and colleagues daily letting them know where I was at and what I was up to.

Sometimes it can be hard to just fast and detox at home. If you are interested and need help thinking of a way to make this happen or need help getting started, feel free to reach out! There’s tons of resources and retreats I can lead ya to. I love seeing my friends all get healthy!

This is part of my story of coming into the world of events and production as an owner. I was traveling constantly living out of my van and suitcases. A lot of times I didn’t even look at myself for weeks. I told myself it was good for me I was dissolving my ego, when in reality it left out a daily opportunity to check myself.

I am committed to having a healthy lifestyle now in which I can live in harmony and stress free. I’ve done the big push on life, it only got me so far. I’m excited to reintegrate into being more grounded and with those that I am fond of, while producing events still- just not the way I had been doing it. Self care is number 1.

I hope to inspire people to change their path if they can notice in themselves that they are a bit off.

I want to have more fun in life.
