Here is my physical progress of my 6 day fast since there are so many of you that are curious about it! This is tough to look at for me, and I’m wearing the same clothes a couple days in a row…
Here is what my tentative schedule looked like:
I would make sure to go to the gym and work out for an hour daily.
Do an e***a and shower after gym.
I would plan out what I wanted to achieve and write out a list of goals.
Read about my chart, read books on meditation and think about food.
I communicated with friends and colleagues daily letting them know where I was at and what I was up to.
Sometimes it can be hard to just fast and detox at home. If you are interested and need help thinking of a way to make this happen or need help getting started, feel free to reach out! There’s tons of resources and retreats I can lead ya to. I love seeing my friends all get healthy!
